For new clients, we aim to schedule an initial consultation within one week. Regular maintenance can usually begin within two weeks of your first contact, though busy periods (spring especially) may extend this slightly.
Not at all. Most of our clients are at work during service visits. We just need access to the garden—whether through a side gate, key safe, or other arrangement you're comfortable with. We'll discuss access during your consultation.
We accept bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and BPAY. Invoices are sent after each service with 14-day terms. Package clients can opt for automatic monthly direct debit.
Light rain doesn't stop us—mowing wet grass isn't ideal but we can manage. Heavy rain or storms mean we'll reschedule to the next available day, usually within the same week. You'll receive a text notification if we need to postpone.
